"Aquinos We Care" was created based on the social commitments of the Aquinos Group, in line with its mission and values.
This is a corporate movement that carries out a series of initiatives, events and various communications, whose main objective is not only to support and motivate employees, but also to support social causes, social, educational, cultural and environmental development of the community where the Group operates.
Internally, the purpose of the project is to signal exceptional and temporary support to employees who are in situations of need and social vulnerability, such as legal and financial advice, technical assistance, basic necessities or others.
There will also be regularly promoted thematic events and celebrations of important moments in the lives of employees such as birthday, birth of a child, years of work in the company, among others.

Workshop for pregnant and new moms
On April 7th, 2018, to mark World Health Day, the Aquinos Group, in partnership with the Simões Ferreira pharmacy, organized a workshop in the Aquinos auditorium, aimed at collaborators who were going to be, or become recently, parents.
DONATIONS TO VICTIMS OF FIRES
In partnership with the 15 Municipal Councils affected by the fires of October 15th, 2017, in the center of Portugal, the Aquinos Group assumed the responsibility to return comfort to the people affected by this calamity.
We commit to provide mattresses, bases and sofas to all persons whose first home has been affected.

Every year, the Aquinos group celebrates its employees with a day dedicated to all who work in it, accompanied by his family, "Aquinos Day" is an annual event composed of musical entertainment, children and youth entertainment, surprises and more.
